Biography
The Swiss racing driver Jean-Claude Rudaz was born in Sion on 23 July 1942.
His only entry in a Formula One World Championship race came at the 1964 Italian Grand Prix, where he was entered in a privately run Cooper T60, operated by Fabre Urbain. His engine failed during practice, so he never took the start, and he has no World Championship starts to his name. The same year he also took part in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
