In GP2 he took tenth place with Arden in 2010, then finished fourth with Addax in 2011, winning at the Circuit de Catalunya and in Monaco.
Pic joined Marussia in 2012 as team-mate to Timo Glock and made his Formula One debut at the Australian Grand Prix, finishing 15th. He ended the season without points in 21st place in the championship. In 2013 he drove for Caterham alongside Giedo van der Garde. His best results were 14th places in Malaysia and Korea, and he finished 20th in the standings, again without points. In total he made 39 Grand Prix starts.
Caterham parted ways with him at the end of 2013, and in 2014 he was a reserve driver for Lotus. In the 2014-15 Formula E season he finished fourth in the opening round in Beijing for Andretti, but was then replaced by Matthew Brabham. He raced in four further rounds for China Racing, including a points finish in Monaco, and retired from racing after the Berlin ePrix.
